The Hutt Valley Chamber of Commerce has a spacious board room with views over the Hutt River and a smaller meeting room available for hire. Perfect for a one-off business meeting or a client presentation, these rooms are available to the Hutt Valley Business Community and members alike.
Small Meeting Room
Seats up to 6 around a large table, with views over the CBD. This room had a separate entry. Tea and coffee making facilities available and a whiteboard.
Boardroom
Seats up to 14 around a large table, 16 round four tables of four, or up to 30 theatre-style with a small break out room for tea and coffee and catering. Our boardroom comes fully equipped with overhead projector/screen, whiteboards, TV/video and air-conditioning.
Both rooms are available during normal office hours (8.30am-5pm). For bookings outside of these hours, please request further information as there may be an additional charge.
