Room Hire

At the Hutt Valley Chamber of Commerce we have a spacious board room, training room and meeting room all available for hire, and have views over the Hutt River. Perfect for a one-off business meeting or client presentation, these rooms are available to the Hutt Valley Business Community and members alike. All rooms come fully air conditioned, tea/coffee facilities, wireless internet and have their own separate entry.

Small meeting room
Seats up to 8 around a large table and comes with a whiteboard.

Boardroom
Seats up to 12 around a large boardroom table. Our boardroom comes fully equipped with overhead projector/screen and whiteboard.

Training Room
Seats up to 14 around a large boardroom table, 25 around five tables of five or up to 30 theatre style. Our training room comes fully equipped with overhead projector/screen and whiteboard.

NOTE: All three rooms open up into one larger function space.

All rooms are available during normal office hours (8.30am-5pm), for bookings outside of these hours, please request further information as there may be an additional charge.
