Pommygranate
We have all heard of the saying ‘speculate to accumulate’ haven’t we? Well that is just what Pommygranate Training has been doing with the help of the Chamber of Commerce. Recently Pommygranate decided to ‘speculate’ and run a promotion for Chamber Members to attend ‘The Energiser’ Customer Service Workshop.
After a couple of days Renee was on the phone saying that the workshop was full and she still had members wanting to attend! Let’s do another one then! After a few more days we filled the second workshop. Renee was back on the phone saying that other companies wanted customer service training and could Pommygranate provide separate sessions for them? Of course we can, that is what we do! The ‘accumulation’ was happening….
Feedback from one Chamber Member was “Excellent and enjoyable. Made you feel there is further to achieve in customer service”. Also many members commented that it was very helpful to discuss ideas with people from other industries and businesses and they got the chance to network as well. David was very happy with the results!
It was a true win-win situation right from the start. With the client list that the Chamber has, Pommygranate was able to reach out to hundreds of businesses and offer an outstanding customer service workshop at a dramatically reduced cost. Members have benefitted by being able to experience Pommygranate Training in the comfort of the Chamber surroundings. The accumulation for Pommygranate has been the exposure and word of mouth business we are continuing to receive.
